The following are just a few samples of past work. Several examples of project/product documentation are not available for proprietary and confidentiality reasons. These include, but are not limited to: BOM's, work scopes, engineering test reports, project schedules, and detailed concept presentations.

Production Drawing Developing ASME-compliant manufacturing drawings for everything from parts to detailed assemblies. Practiced and trained in GD&T. A key takeaway was that kitchen brushes visually look, and are sometimes sold, alongside lavatory brushes. Test Fixture Design Design and construction of an innovative, positionable test fixture using custom-fabricated parts and 80/20 framing.	FEA Analysis Nothing beats textbook paper and pencil, but once in a while a simulation or parametric study can expedite a redesign or validate test results.	Packaging Design Commercial packaging design crafted with assistance from Daedalus Excel.
PCB Integration Integrating PCB's into complex assemblies using standard interconnects, battery packs, PEM hardware, and other modules.	Part Tooling Working closely with a plastics manufacturer, a family tooling die was constructed and refined through mold and process changes to reduce sinking, eliminate porosity, and maintain part appearance.	Sales Sheet This is an example retail sales sheet that was generated to showcase the product and to illustrate the commercial appeal and product features.
Sketches Some hand sketches during the initial packaging design. Inspiration derived from classic 1950's colors, patterns, and pop figures (Bernie Brewer shown).	Concept Presentation Concepts were generated for a wildlife refuge river barrier. This sketch and rendering supplemented a written synopsis.
